Post natal Yoga Classes
Class limited to 10 max
Suitable for new mums who have time to exercise without baby.
From 8 weeks or 12 weeks from babies arrival (once signed off my medical professional)
What to bring
Bring water bottle
Yoga Mat
Yoga Brick or Fat Book
Blanket (for savasana & to use as prop)
Yoga strap or dressing gown tie
Wear Comfortable Clothes
I also have yoga mats/some blocks & straps

What to expect:
Small Classes (Max 10) with individual attention.
Gentle healing approach to post natal body, with specific attention to Pelvic floor work, abdominal strength & movement ideal for recovery & strength after birthing
Speed varies with each mother healing journey and specific needs within the class,
Options for all levels of practitioner from totally new
to yoga to returning experienced mothers
One class is never the same as the last.
Classes are based on the core aspects of yoga, breath, Dristi(focus) Asana(the pose/shape/movement.
