Specialised, nurturing practice designed for mothers (typically 6-8 months post-birth) to regain strength, rehabilitate the core and pelvic floor, and relieve tension after pregnancy. Sessions focus on safe, breath-synchronised movements, providing a supportive community for recovery and relaxation.

Key Features of Post-Natal Yoga Classes:

  • Targeted Recovery: Focuses on rebuilding abdominal muscles, strengthening the pelvic floor, and easing tension in the back, neck, and shoulders.

  • Timing: For mothers with crawling babies so 6-9 month from birth. Classes will focus on strengthening the body & also detailed yoga instruction regarding movement & stretches

  • Community Building: Offers a chance to connect with other new mothers and share experiences in a supportive setting.

  • Breath and Calm: Incorporates breathing techniques and meditation to reduce stress and boost mental well-being during the challenging newborn phase. 

These classes are held for 60 minutes, help bridge the gap between birth and returning to a regular fitness routine.
