I have sequenced from my yoga experiences classes which help my clients improve every day ailments, postural related issues and to reduce work stress and tension which can be held in the body

These yoga class is designed for the modern working man or woman, who may work at a desk, drive long journeys or even an avid gardener.

Yoga has many definitions, it is a mindful (being in the present moment) movement of the body with breath. Its purpose is to create deep relaxation through breath, developing single pointed focus & movement by stimulating the Vagus nerve (A key part of your parasympathetic “rest and digest” nervous system. It influences your breathing, digestive function and heart rate, all of which can have a huge impact on your mental health and physical wellbeing.)

One class is never the same as the last.

Classes are based on the core aspects of yoga, breath, Dristi(focus) Asana(the pose/shape/movement.

The meditative aspect of yoga

Breath exercises for stress/emotional balance & relaxation

What to bring

  • Bring water bottle

  • Yoga Mat

  • Yoga Brick or Fat Book

  • Blanket (for savasana & to use as prop)

  • Yoga strap or dressing gown tie

  • Wear Comfortable Clothes

Lisa is a fantastic teacher. Her classes are challenging with variations suggested. She manages to make them fun and thoroughly enjoyable. One of my favourite teachers of all time having been to a variety of classes over the last 20 years.
