Mum & Baby Yoga
Classes are designed for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling
The class consist of baby massage and gentle baby yoga moves to aid digestion, sleep and help develop mind/body movements & coordination
For mums to ease getting back to gentle stretches and movement and post birth recovery, including pelvic floor & abdominal exercise techniques.
Classes are fun with singing songs and rhymes as well to develop a wonderful bond with baby
The class offers an opportunity to have a hot cup of tea at the end, with conversation, cake and friendship which can aid developing a broader network of new mummies to meet outside of class for future play dates.

Her obvious knowledge and passion for yoga really shines through in the classes and every week is something a bit different. Very different to mummy and baby yoga classes I’ve done before and I feel like I learn something new every week.
