After 8-12 weeks spent at home (*please check with Doctors that you are ok to start an exercise routine) with your new baby, post recovery from birth & adapting to having  a new soul to care for, this class will aid you in gaining strength, building up flexibility and aid post labour recovery.

Mothers with babies are welcome, so these classes are nuturing for you both and easy to attend.

Babies up to the age of 12 months (not suitable for toddlers).

There will be some noise during the class with all mums and babies supporting any crying or feeding issues.
