Private Yoga Lessons

Your first booking lasts 90 minutes which includes 30 minutes' consultation to design a yoga sequence for you, whether it's for weight loss, muscle definition, repairing c-section/diastasis recti, increased fitness levels or aiding long-term health issues such as arthritis, flexibility and stress/anxiety.
Once your program has been put together, each lesson lasts 60 minutes and will increase/decrease in intensity based on your needs.
Classes can be held at your home or at my therapy room in Seale, Farnham at a time convenient to your schedule.

One to One Yoga Courses
In the privacy of your own home, at any time from early morning to late night, you can book a course of 5 classes to learn yoga.

Develop stamina, strength and flexibility in your own home.
This class will challenge you and is a great adjunct to any sports/fitness regime.

Pregnancy Yoga Course
Congratulations! You are twelve weeks pregnant and now feel a need to move and prepare for baby. The pregnancy yoga course is developed for you in readiness for birth and baby.
A gentle nurturing pregnancy yoga course to look after you until the birth including breath work, pelvic floor exercises and general stretches and gentle cardiovascular work.
Post Pregnancy Course
Your little one has arrived, and you have a need to move, tone, regain pelvic floor fitness and perhaps recover from a c-section and diastasis recti.
This gentle course is designed to do just that, at a time day that suits you, with or without baby next to you., increasing the challenge as you increase in strength and fitness.
