Relax Heal Energise for Mind Body & Soul

“Have been having massage treatments and yoga sessions with Lisa for a few years now and it has been a most therapeutic, pain relieving and enjoyable experience throughout. Lisa has an incredible gentle, sensitive and empathetic approach which allows you to be just yourself and directly affecting how effective and helpful each experience is.

I would thoroughly recommend Lisa for both massage( which is eclectic and amazing techniques that are tailored to your individual needs and health concerns) and her yoga is clearly and beautifully demonstrated.

With immense gratitude and thanks for the most wonderful and therapeutic and healing treatments'“ Sheena Hildebrand

Ka Huna bodywork is a unique, holistic approach to healing that balances the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions.

The magic and power of this healing system are beyond words. When experiencing Ka Huna bodywork, people are amazed by the energy they receive from the healing sessions.

Qualified Practitioner

I qualified in Ka Huna bodywork after in-depth training with Mette’s Institute at High Spirits Retreat. The institute is accredited by several associations of massage therapy throughout Australia. Formerly a devotee of aerobics, I took up yoga and then decided to learn Ka Huna massage. Today, I practice Ashtanga yoga, meditation and follow the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga philosophy.

What Is a Kahuna Massage?

Ka Huna bodywork originated in the South Pacific and was used during rites of passage as a transformational massage and healing system. It is also known as Hawaiian temple massage and Lomi Lomi.

Who is it for?

Ka Huna bodywork is for everyone and is tailored to your individual needs, including pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage and intensive deep tissue work or a luxurious massage for relaxation. Ka Huna can also improve flexibility and help injuries heal faster.

Kahuna Massage also includes head, face & feet

How is it different?

Ka Huna practitioners work with energy using their hands, forearms and elbows in long, flowing movements similar to Hula and Tai Chi in order to unblock, heal and balance the body-mind.

Reference I had a wonderful Kahuna Lomi Lomi massage today which left me feeling very relaxed and calm. Lisa listened to my medical history and adapted the massage as she learnt about my body’s twinges and areas needing extra work . Lisa did her utmost to reassure me regarding her COVID measures on place and the treatment room was sanitised before and after my treatment . Finally the melodic Hawaiian music and warm environment helped me to transport my mind away from a rainy Surrey to a balmy exotic island - Bliss . Katy L
